POLICIES

Cancellations:
- 72 HRS before rental = 100% refund
- 48 HRS before rental = 50% refund
- 24 HRS before rental = 0% refund
Rainy Days:
- If the day of your rental is a rainy day, we will issue a Rain Check or 100% refund. We reserve the right to define a "rainy day".
Refusal of service:
- We reserve the right to refuse service:
  - Not properly dressed customers. “No shirt, no shoes, no service.
  - Disruptive or intoxicated customers.
  - After business hours.
  - Rude & verbally abusive customers.
  - Due to safety concerns for our customers or employees.
